KAHOOT IN EDUCATION: MAKE LEARNING FUN AND INTERACTIVE.
Hello, Peeps! π
We're going to talk about our beloved Kahoot! Who hasn’t heard of Kahoot yet? Well, this is a great place to learn more about it!
Kahoot is a game-based learning platform that makes it easy to create, share, and play learning games or trivia quizzes in minutes. It brings fun to classrooms, offices, and even living rooms. Kahoot helps you memorize the material you've learned in class, and you can play it with your friends, making it a fun and interactive way to learn together.
Here are the steps to play Kahoot on your phone:
'1. Go to https://kahoot.com/ and Log in or sign up if you don't have a Kahoot account yet. You also can straightly just choose the join game.
3. Customize your avatar and enter your name so your friends and teacher know it’s you.
Enjoy the game, peeps!
One of the most exciting parts of Kahoot is the sound that plays with each question. When I use Kahoot, it pumps up my energy and motivates me to be the first! At the end of the game, it even shows a podium with the top three winners. (P.S. Teachers often give prizes to the winners, too, if they feel it's necessary.)
Here are some cool features that make Kahoot stand out:
- Easy Access: Kahoot is an online-based learning platform, making it super convenient.
- Bite-sized Material: It breaks down material into smaller, more digestible pieces, helping students better understand the content.
- Fun Learning Experience: Learning with Kahoot is enjoyable and engaging.
But as with all things, there are a few downsides. Here are some disadvantages of Kahoot:
- Internet Connection Issues: If your connection is weak, it can be a problem.
- Pressure or Stress: The competitive nature of the game can cause some stress.
- Limited Discussion: There’s not much room for further discussion of the material.
- Time Constraints: Players sometimes feel they don’t have enough time to answer the questions.
So, I think that's all for this session. Byeee, peeps! π
