KAHOOT IN EDUCATION: MAKE LEARNING FUN AND INTERACTIVE.

We're going to talk about our beloved Kahoot! Who hasn’t heard of Kahoot yet? Well, this is a great place to learn more about it!

Kahoot is a game-based learning platform that makes it easy to create, share, and play learning games or trivia quizzes in minutes. It brings fun to classrooms, offices, and even living rooms. Kahoot helps you memorize the material you've learned in class, and you can play it with your friends, making it a fun and interactive way to learn together.

Here are the steps to play Kahoot on your phone:

1. Go to https://kahoot.com/ and Log in or sign up if you don't have a Kahoot account yet. You also can straightly just choose the join game.

2. Tap the “Join Game” button. You’ll need to enter a game code that your teacher gives you. (P.S. The game is usually random, with your teacher uploading the material there so students can play. If not, you can scroll through the available Kahoot games and pick one that interests you.)

3. Customize your avatar and enter your name so your friends and teacher know it’s you.

In kahoot we also can create a quiz. 

Here is the steps: 

1. go to create 

2. then it will directly go to question you can write the question and the type of the question 

3. then publish it!

One of the most exciting parts of Kahoot is the sound that plays with each question. When I use Kahoot, it pumps up my energy and motivates me to be the first! At the end of the game, it even shows a podium with the top three winners. (P.S. Teachers often give prizes to the winners, too, if they feel it's necessary.)

Here are some cool features that make Kahoot stand out:

2. Bite-sized Material: It breaks down material into smaller, more digestible pieces, helping students better understand the content.
3. Fun Learning Experience: Learning with Kahoot is enjoyable and engaging.

3. Limited Discussion: There’s not much room for further discussion of the material.
4. Time Constraints: Players sometimes feel they don’t have enough time to answer the questions.

Teachers often use Kahoot near exam week to help students recall the material they've learned. This helps make studying feel more like a fun activity rather than a stressful one, keeping students refreshed and engaged as they prepare for their exams.
